Representations and Warranties

The Bolo Program only circulates information already available to the public and originating from federal, provincial or municipal law enforcement agencies and is not responsible for the content and its accuracy.

The Bolo Program does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any information, advice, opinion or statement displayed, uploaded, or distributed through its website and its services. Wanted individuals featured on the Bolo Program website may be suspects, accused or convicted criminals. The viewers must refer to each case to know the status of the individual. Any reliance upon any information, opinion, advice, statement shall be at your sole risk and the Bolo Program cannot be held accountable for any mistake of false assumptions concerning the wanted individuals.

Accountability

We have appointed a privacy officer who is responsible for ensuring compliance with our terms of use and privacy policy. Other individuals may be delegated to act on behalf of the privacy officer or to take responsibility for the day-to-day collection and/or processing of personal information.

Identifying Purposes of Collection

When you use the Bolo Program website, you could be required to provide certain personal information in order to use the Services. This may include traditional and Internet contact information (such as address, phone numbers, email address, work location), information about your computer system (such as web browser type, IP address and operating systems), navigation information (such as the number of web pages visited), non-financial identification information (such as a user name and password).

Using the Bolo Program website is always voluntary. In no event shall the Bolo Program, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable to users of the website or any other person or entity for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever, including any that may result from (i) the accuracy, completeness, or content of this website, (ii) the accuracy, completeness, or content of any website linked (through hyperlinks, banner advertising or otherwise) to this website, (iii) the Services found at this website or any website linked (through hyperlinks, banner advertising or otherwise) to this website, (iv) personal injury or property damage of any nature whatsoever, (v) third-party conduct of any nature whatsoever, (vi) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any and all content, personal information, financial information or other information and data stored therein, (vii) any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of this website or the Services found at this website, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal or equitable theory, and whether or not the Bolo Program is advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Bolo Program reserves the right to modify the terms of use and privacy policy at any time, without prior notice, by posting the amended Terms of use on our website, so please review it frequently.
